I already use a CRM. Why would I need TripSteward?
Your CRM helps manage clients and bookings. TripSteward picks up where most CRMs stop: after the booking. It reviews the pieces of the trip together, watches for gaps and deadlines, and helps with the follow-through that normally lives in your inbox, calendar, notes, and memory.
Am I going to have to enter the whole trip again?
No. That would defeat the point. Drop in the material you already have—quotes, confirmations, PDFs, screenshots, supplier emails, and updates. TripSteward builds the trip record from those materials so you can review what it found instead of retyping the itinerary.
What can TripSteward actually catch?
Things that are easy to miss across several suppliers: mismatched dates, missing transfers, tight cruise embarkation timing, overnight-flight date changes, gaps between trip segments, unverified details, and important supplier deadlines. It separates genuine problems from things that simply need verification.
What happens when the booking changes?
Add the updated supplier material. TripSteward can compare it with what was already on file, identify what changed, and rerun the relevant checks. You stay in control of approving changes to the trip record.
Is TripSteward going to send things to my clients without me?
No. TripSteward works for the advisor, not around the advisor. Client emails and materials are prepared for you to review. You decide what goes to the client and when, and your relationship stays front and center.
Will my clients’ information stay secure?
TripSteward is designed to work with the information needed to service a trip while minimizing sensitive data. We don’t need passport copies, government IDs, or similar highly sensitive documents—and TripSteward is designed to reject and remove them if they’re uploaded. Your clients’ information is used to help you manage and service their trips, not to market to them or take over the client relationship. Your clients stay your clients.
What if Milo gets something wrong?
Milo is a second pair of eyes, not the final authority. Findings show what needs attention so you can review, correct, dismiss, or add updated documentation. TripSteward is built around advisor oversight rather than silently changing a booking.
Are Milo and Fiona real people?
Nope. Milo and Fiona are part of TripSteward. Milo is your second pair of eyes, checking the trip for things you might want to catch. Fiona is your second pair of hands, helping with the client-facing work that comes next. They don’t take vacations, call in sick, or steal your lunch from the office fridge. You’re still the travel advisor. They just help with the nonsense.
Is this just for cruises?
No. TripSteward is built around the trip, not a particular supplier or vacation type. Flights, hotels, cruises, tours, rail, transfers, insurance, and other trip components can live in the same trip record.
Can I try it on a real booking before I decide?
Yes. The 14-day trial is meant for exactly that. Put up to three real trips through the workflow and decide whether having the extra set of eyes and hands is worth keeping.
